Associated Credit Union selects PSCU to boost credit card services
By Delisha Fernandes
PSCU, a payments credit union service organisation and an integrated FinTech solutions provider announced that Associated Credit Union (ACU) has chosen the CUSO for comprehensive credit card processing services and support.
ACU is dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to its 155,000 members. Operating under its guiding principle of “people first,” ACU places the needs of its members and local communities at the forefront. The credit union actively supports charitable organisations through its ACU Foundation that gives back to the Georgia communities where its members and employees reside and work.
With 20 branches and over $2.1 billion in assets, ACU conducted a thorough evaluation to identify the right credit solutions provider. Seeking a trustworthy collaborator with a competitive product offering and a focus on service excellence and customisation, ACU identified PSCU as its ideal partner to facilitate technological advancements in credit card processing.
“Our partnership with PSCU represents a shared vision of innovation and seamless, member-centric solutions, as well as long-term growth,” said Margie Burton, Vice President, Card Services at ACU. “We are confident that working with PSCU to offer technologically advanced, full-service credit card offerings will enable ACU to enhance our members’ experience further and serve their evolving financial needs.”
PSCU will begin providing credit processing services and support to ACU members in June 2024.
“We look forward to delivering a highly functional, reliable and secure credit card program that will facilitate a best-in-class cardholder experience to contribute to ACU members’ satisfaction and loyalty,” said Scott Wagner, EVP, chief revenue officer at PSCU. “PSCU is honoured to welcome ACU to the cooperative and support the credit union’s commitment to improving the financial lives of its valued members.”
