In the pursuit of acquiring and retaining Gen Z within the banking sector in the United Kingdom, there exists a paramount truth: the indispensable role played by mobile apps. Currently, Gen Z makes up 30% of the world population, and in the UK, 20% of the population. As Gen Z matures, their presence in the global economy is growing rapidly, propelling them into the spotlight as a critical segment of the banking industry. This paper aims to examine & propose solutions for Mobile Banking Apps to acquire and retain Gen Z.
