By Delisha Fernandes
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) is now enabling customers to top up their DARB Wallet directly through the bank’s mobile app, saving time and simplifying the payment process.
With this new feature, ADIB aims to enhance customer’s digital experience and provide an innovative solution to simplify their day-to-day financial transactions.
This initiative aligns with ADIB’s commitment to offering customers digital solutions. By integrating the DARB Top-Up feature into ADIB mobile app, will further enhance the digital experience for customers and ensure that their banking needs are met most seamlessly and efficiently possible.
ADIB has been at the forefront of digital transformation, with approximately 96000 new customers joining ADIB in H1 2023 and 57% of them opening their accounts digitally. This reflects customers’ growing preference for digital channels and ADIB’s dedication to delivering innovative digital capabilities.
Also, the new feature provides customers with unique digital solutions that enhance their banking experience and meet their evolving needs in an increasingly digital world. In May, ADIB provided small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with convenient remote account opening services through a mobile app by deploying Emirates Face Recognition (EFR) technology.
