Perfios announces new leadership appointments & prospects IPO listing

Sumit Nigam has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer, while Anu Mathew joins as Chief People Officer. The appointments are part of Perfios’ strategic preparation for an IPO listing over the next 18–24 months, along with their plans for global expansion.

Sumit Nigam, who assumed the role of CTO in July, brings over two decades of valuable experience in technology leadership to Perfios. In his new role, Sumit will be instrumental in guiding the company’s technological advancements, with a focus on enhancing Perfios’s comprehensive suite of SaaS products as they expand their global footprint.

Sumit will work closely with the CEO to shape the company’s technology roadmap. Prior to joining Perfios, Sumit worked with organisations such as Big Basket, Walmart Global Tech, Informatica, and Dell EMC, where he honed his skills and expertise for several years.

Anu Mathew’s career spans over two decades. Having lived and worked in both India and England, Anu brings extensive experience in building global teams and collaborating with founders and leaders to create high-growth, sustainable organisations with a positive team culture. Her rich and diverse background, including roles at Pine Labs, QwikCilver, HCL, and GE, provided her with a holistic perspective and a unique approach to organization-building.
