eftPay & Mobipay bring integrated payment and reservation system for Triangle Plus
By Gloria Mathias
eft Payments (“eftPay”), one of Hong Kong’s electronic payment service providers, has announced that it has joined hands with solution provider Mobipay to provide Triangle, a parent-child adventure park.
Plus provides an integrated payment and reservation system upgrade solution that allows users to purchase tickets and packages on the website or mobile application “Triangle Plus” and supports Hong Kong’s mainstream e-wallets and credit card payments, as well as reservations for designated dates and time slots, comprehensively improving merchant operating efficiency and the user experience.
The upgraded booking system solution and electronic payment service make it easier for users to purchase tickets and packages in advance using mainstream e-wallets and credit cards. Users can also make reservations for admission on a specified date and time within the system, allowing them to lock in classes in advance and arrange their time flexibly. This also saves Triangle Plus backend processing time and allows them to make manpower arrangements early to cope with the crowds during peak hours.
Li Zhaojun, manager of Triangle Plus Parent-Child Adventure Climbing Park, said, “In the past, making reservations and arranging class reservations required manual processing and communication among colleagues, which took a lot of time. Since eftPay and Mobipay assisted in upgrading the electronic payment and reservation system solution, the processing work becomes automated, improving operational efficiency; at the same time, manpower can be freed up to provide guidance and quality services on-site to enhance the customer experience.”
Lao Junjie, Chairman and CEO of eft Payments (Asia), said, “I am honoured that eftPay can cooperate with Mobipay to provide electronic payment and reservation system upgrade solutions for Triangle Plus. We have been committed to providing stable and secure payment services to ensure safe and worry-free transactions for merchants and consumers. Through continued cooperation with solution providers, eftPay can provide merchants with more diversified supporting solutions, help merchants digitally transform and improve operational efficiency, and easily capture every business opportunity.”
