BAE Systems and Dun & Bradstreet ally to tackle money laundering
By Joy Dumasia
BAE Systems Digital Intelligence, a leading global provider of anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-fraud solutions, announced a new alliance with Dun & Bradstreet, a leading global provider of business decisioning data and analytics to help NetReveal clients to accelerate and enhance compliance and customer onboarding.
Under the new agreement, seamless integration of Dun & Bradstreet’s data and analytics with BAE’s NetReveal platform will offer customers of both companies enriched and extended information, arming investigators with a holistic view of customer risk to support fast, accurate decisions.
The combination of NetReveal and Dun & Bradstreet data and analytics delivers intelligent corporate entity resolution to businesses with:
- Enriched, extended customer/entity information
- Reduced onboarding times and increased analyst efficiency
BAE Digital Intelligence Product Director Peter Fisher said: “Identifying, capturing and risk assessing all the relevant information for anti-money laundering investigations is a key challenge for financial institutions. Research suggests that analysts typically spend valuable time accessing between three and seven external resources during the process. With our Dun & Bradstreet collaboration, we’re able to streamline this process, freeing up analyst time whilst providing a powerful source of customer information to strengthen risk assessments.”
Nick White, Head of Strategic Partnerships UK&I at Dun & Bradstreet, said: “The collaboration with BAE Systems Digital Intelligence will provide our clients with enhanced capabilities to support them in making important, risk-based decisions. Our broad range of data sources and corporate records are able to integrate with NetReveal’s platform and enrich the quality of risk data for new and existing clients. This, combined with NetReveal’s platform, will provide customers with a holistic visualisation of their entire customer risk profile and enable faster, more informed decisions during the onboarding process, rescoring and throughout the insurance lifecycle.”
Thanks to the new capabilities, enriched customer details will be just a mouse click away for NetReveal users, allowing them to compare Dun & Bradstreet sourced information side-by-side with customer-supplied data for speedy analysis.
