By Gloria Methri
French businessman Dominique Cerutti has given his backing to London-based start-up 1fs Wealth, and its innovative platform that can support wealth owners to consolidate and manage their assets.
Cerutti brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the global capital markets, having spent 20 years with IBM. He has also headed NYSE Euronext, the third-biggest operator of stock exchanges in Europe. Cerutti was then appointed CEO and chairman of Altran Grup before joining Adarma as chairman.
In addition to investing in 1fs, Dominique will be taking a place on the company’s Advisory Board, alongside other senior figures from across the realms of finance, banking, investment, software development, accountancy, and the family office community.
Bobby Console-Verma, CEO 1fs Wealth, said, “This investment is a huge show of confidence in the 1fs Wealth team, our platform, and future growth plans. Dominique joins us at a pivotal time, as we look to target rapid growth in key markets, including the UK, Europe, and the US.”
The 1fs Wealth platform supports wealth owners to consolidate their assets, control risk, manage ownership and analyse portfolio performance through the efficient use of data and innovative technology. The company closed its seed funding round in December 2021, securing the backing of 14 investors.
Its platform is already used by wealth owners and family offices across the world, who particularly value its ability to support succession planning.
